Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join their Hudson County nursing team. The role involves providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families. Private duty nursing offers traditional shift types (8, 10, or 12 hours) with hands-on care for a single client, allowing for relationship building and observing client milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. The position involves traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations and interventions.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
