About The Position
Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate and reliable Private Duty In-Home Caregivers to serve clients in the Menasha area. Our Private Duty caregivers provide one-on-one support to individuals who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Private Duty care gives you the chance to learn their stories, build meaningful relationships, and be part of the reason they're able to continue living at home.
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient
- Dependable and punctual
- Respectful and professional
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Good communicators
- Willing to assist with personal care when needed
- Committed to providing dependable care to their scheduled clients
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but candidates with limited experience may be considered depending on the needs of the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Companionship and conversation
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care assistance
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and linen changes
- Medication reminders
- Transportation or errands when required by the assignment
- Providing supervision and support in the client's home
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
