About The Position

Interim HealthCare is seeking dependable and compassionate Private Duty In-Home Caregivers to join their team in the Fond du Lac area. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assisting them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The position involves building genuine relationships with clients and offers flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time opportunities. Available shifts vary and can include days, evenings, overnights, weekdays, weekends, and short or extended shifts, determined by client needs and caregiver availability.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this position
• Compassionate and dependable
• Respectful of clients and their homes
• Good communicators
• Able to work independently
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care when required

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Mobility, walking, and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and linen changes
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands when required by the assignment
• Providing supervision and support to help clients remain safely at home
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
