About The Position

At Union Padel Club, hospitality is just as important as the game. As our Private Club Bartender Lead, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, elevated experience for our members across the bar, social spaces, and events. This is a hands-on hospitality role for someone who enjoys building relationships, knows how to run a great bar, and takes pride in the details that make a private club experience feel special.
You’ll lead the day-to-day bar experience, including preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and zero-proof beverages, as well as heating and plating food and supporting private events. You’ll also take ownership of bar inventory, ordering, organization, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
This is a full-time, salaried position with tips on top of salary. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working approximately five days per week, including evenings and weekends as needed, and who wants to be a key part of building the hospitality experience at Union Padel Club.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, personalized hospitality experience for Union Padel Club members and guests
• Lead the day-to-day operation of the bar and ensure it is consistently clean, organized, and well stocked
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and zero-proof beverages
• Heat, plate, and serve food while maintaining a high standard of presentation
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, receiving, organization, and product levels
• Help develop and maintain beverage offerings and ensure consistent quality
• Support private events, member gatherings, and special programming
• Build genuine relationships with members and become a familiar face within the club community
• Help train and support other team members working within the bar and hospitality areas
• Maintain appropriate food, beverage, sanitation, and safety standards
• Jump in wherever needed to help create a seamless member experience
