About The Position

High-Net-Worth Tax Supervisor / Manager Position: Tax Supervisor / Manager – High-Net-Worth Clients Work Arrangement: Remote, hybrid, or flexible options may be available. Preferred: Candidates in New York or New Jersey; U.S.-based candidates may also apply.

Requirements

• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential – Required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Previous Tax Supervisor, Tax Manager, or equivalent experience.
• High-net-worth individual tax experience – Required.
• Experience serving wealthy individuals, families, and related entities.
• Experience preparing/reviewing complex individual and trust tax returns .
• Must be located in the U.S. and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex tax engagements from planning through completion.
• Prepare and review federal, multistate, and international tax returns.
• Handle tax matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, gifts, partnerships, and corporations.
• Develop tax planning strategies and projections.
• Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda.
• Communicate with clients, IRS/state agencies, and firm leadership regarding tax matters.
• Review staff work, delegate assignments, and mentor junior tax professionals.
• Assist with hiring, training, business development, proposals, and client consulting.
• Support improvements to tax software, processes, and workflows.
