The Private Client Services Manager is an exempt position responsible for managing all facets of affluent consumer and business client relationships while delivering an exceptional end-to-end client experience that supports relationship deepening and client retention. This role partners closely with Private Banking Relationship Managers and their clients to provide best-in-class service, fulfillment, and coordination with internal business partners. The position performs a broad range of operational and client service functions, including onboarding new deposit accounts and serving as a subject matter expert in treasury management products and services for consumer and business clients with varying levels of complexity. The Private Banking Services Manager handles incoming client and business partner inquiries via phone and email, resolves account-related issues, and ensures transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The incumbent consistently exercises sound judgment and decision-making when responding to inquiries, approvals, and service requests. All responsibilities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The role demonstrates risk excellence through accurate documentation, sound judgment, timely escalation of issues, and strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, supporting a strong control environment and positive client outcomes.
