Requirements

• Must be an independent self-starter who is able to sell and develop strong High Net Worth relationships.
• Confident professionals who are not afraid of cold-calling, networking, and developing new business.
• Maintain an existing referral network and centers of influence.
• Maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for Affluent and High Net Worth clients based on your local networks, connections, and communities.
• Develop Centers of Influence and Lead Source Partners through networking and marketing – Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Wealth Managers, etc.
• Generate and pursue new client opportunities.
• Present our services and solutions at prospect meetings.
• Bring new business prospects to closure.
• Retain clients by maintaining solid business-to-business relationships.
