The Young Wealth Management Group, a high-performing four-person advisory team, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Associate to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is ambitious, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in financial services. In this role, you will work closely with Financial Advisors to support client relationships, contribute to business growth, and gain hands-on experience in wealth management operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong interest in financial services and a desire to build a long-term career in wealth management
  • Ambitious, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Prior internship or office experience is helpful but not required
  • Securities licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or 66) are a plus or willingness to obtain them

Responsibilities

  • Support client communications through phone, email, and written correspondence by providing timely, accurate responses and coordinating follow-up in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Manage and track daily service workflows to support timely and accurate completion of requests; coordinate with Financial Advisors and internal departments to ensure tasks are processed appropriately.
  • Assist with the processing of client money movement requests, including deposits, transfers, and distributions, in accordance with firm guidelines and supervisory requirements.
  • Perform and oversee administrative functions related to account servicing, documentation, and record maintenance while adhering to regulatory requirements and firm standards.
