About The Position

The chef will typically start late morning and finish after dinner service, with breakfast prepared in advance where appropriate. The family enjoys a wide variety of cuisines including strong South East Asian cuisine, Italian, French, and modern American as well as healthy snacks. They are looking for a chef who can cook both healthy and indulgent food, with strong flavor and versatility. The chef must be comfortable adapting to dietary needs, including anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, and dairy-free cooking when required.
