About The Position

The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Private Banking Partner has shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Banking. In this role, the Partner will primarily serve as the PWM Treasury Management subject matter expert and act as the key liaison with the Treasury Management Department, while also partnering closely with the Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention, and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies. Partner Advisors have shared responsibility with their Senior Advisor to achieve sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals. The position is focused on honing the technical aspects of Private Banking—including Treasury Management solutions —and developing the superior client‑facing skills needed to become a Private Wealth Banker. Incumbents must possess a proven track record of sales support and collaboration to be viewed as a trusted partner to a Private Wealth Banker. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to seven years of related experience
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • Satisfactory criminal background and credit check.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
