About The Position

The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Private Banking Partner shares responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Banking. This role primarily functions as the PWM Treasury Management subject matter expert and serves as the key liaison with the Treasury Management Department. The Partner works closely with a Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention, and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies, with shared responsibility for achieving sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals. The position focuses on refining technical aspects of Private Banking, including Treasury Management solutions, and developing advanced client-facing skills necessary to become a Private Wealth Banker. A proven track record of sales support and collaboration is essential to be a trusted partner to a Private Wealth Banker. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, involving a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may lead to rescission of the offer or termination of employment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to seven years of related experience
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
  • Subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check
  • Ability to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
  • Proven track record of sales support and collaboration to be viewed as a trusted partner to a Private Wealth Banker
