Who you are: As a Private Banking Market Manager with Frost , you are our leader, providing guidance and support to every single team member on your team. In this role, you will lead a team of Private Bankers by implementing larger department strategy in the best way for the team’s market. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent financial experience
  • 6+ years of private banking or credit experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Nice To Haves

  • Investment experience
  • Insurance licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Group 1 Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Credit Risk Certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Private Bankers by implementing larger department strategy in the best way for the team’s market
  • Monitor sales and prospecting programs to ensure department objectives are met
  • Mentor Develop new methods to improve the sales process and workflow for Private Bankers
  • Private Bankers to develop their skills and help achieve their sales goals
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
