SUMMARY The Private Banking Associate is responsible for supporting Private Banking and Commercial Banking relationship growth by delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing service lifecycle. This role serves as a primary support resource for Private Bankers and Commercial Lenders, helping deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities to expand existing commercial clients into full household banking relationships. The Private Banking Associate works closely with business owners, executives, and affluent clients to coordinate banking services, facilitate account openings, manage client priorities, and provide proactive follow-up. The position enhances service capacity and scalability across the Commercial and Private Banking teams by ensuring timely execution of client requests, strengthening client engagement, and identifying opportunities for wealth management, deposit, and lending referrals. The Private Banking Associate helps drive growth, improve client retention, and support the delivery of personalized banking solutions tailored to each client's unique personal and business banking needs.
