Help drive the growth of our Northwest Indiana Private Banking Team. Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, deliver tailored banking and lending solutions, and help expand our presence in a growing market. In this role, you'll use your relationship-building and financial expertise to attract, serve, and grow a portfolio of clients while uncovering opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals. POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the coordination and development of banking activities, ensuring a full range of private banking services are provided to high net-worth individuals.

Requirements

  • Ten (10) or more years lending experience strongly preferred, preferably with two (2) years in business lending.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong sales and proactive calling skills.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to network with bankers in developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel over night, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes relationships to provide for their financial needs.
  • Ensures quality customer service on assigned accounts.
  • Analyzes credit and financial information of customers as a basis for recommending other financial services.
  • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
  • Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
