Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with consumers via email and phone.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to navigate complex internal and external privacy applications to manage the end-to-end request lifecycle.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory or technical processes into simple, "actionable" steps for consumers which may include direct communication with a consumer.
  • Strong organizational skills required to track intake, processing, and final resolutions across multiple platforms

Responsibilities

  • Verbally receive consumer requests and manually input data accurately into internal workflow management system.
  • Monitor multiple privacy mailboxes, identify the specific type of consumer request, and route correspondence to the correct sub-mailboxes.
  • Ensure all consumer requests are addressed within statutory legal timeframes, tracking deadlines both within and outside the workflow management system.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing request volume data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis across all request categories.
  • Support the creation and coordination of Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
  • Execute specialized privacy team tasks as assigned by the Privacy and Compliance Officer or Privacy Team Coordinators.
