About The Position

For over 14 years, they’ve delivered industry-leading protection by proactively removing sensitive personal information from the internet. The opportunity is for a detail-oriented, highly reliable Privacy Specialist to join their growing team. This is a critical, client-facing role responsible for safeguarding individuals’ digital footprints and delivering a high-trust, high-impact service. This is not a typical entry-level support role—this position requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage sensitive information with precision and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of Experience in customer support, operations, research, or data-related roles
  • Experience conducting online research and navigating web-based tools
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar platforms
  • Background in privacy, cybersecurity, legal support, or investigations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, track, and remove sensitive personal information from online sources
  • Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and high-quality service delivery
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding progress, updates, and resolutions
  • Troubleshoot complex cases and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client outcomes
