About The Position

Perkins Coie is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience practicing law to join our Chambers-ranked Privacy Class Action Defense Team to work on groundbreaking privacy litigation for our marquee clients in the tech and retail sectors. This posting is open to the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have: Experience and enthusiasm for all stages of pre-trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice. Comfort with analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations and contributing to strategy. A passion for technology and working collaboratively with clients. Superior academic credentials and top AmLaw firm experience. Familiarity with both Federal and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
