About The Position
Northeast Counseling Services is seeking a compassionate, resourceful, and motivated Prison Reintegration Case Manager to connect justice-involved individuals with services and support as they transition back into the community. The role supports individuals in achieving recovery, stability, and independence. The position requires successful completion of an FBI Clearance, PA Criminal Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of mental health, substance use, and social service systems.
- Successful completion of an FBI Clearance, PA Criminal Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance.
