About The Position

The Prison Ministry Manager, residing in Montana, will be responsible for equipping and mobilizing local churches to identify and meet the needs of prisoners and their families. This role involves building relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains, while coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry opportunities. The position covers Montana and Wyoming, requiring the development of partnerships with stakeholders, coaching volunteer teams, and implementing ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events.

Requirements

  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions.
  • 8+ years of sales/territory and relationship management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting and managing volunteers.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships.
  • Must reside in Montana to adequately cover the territory.
  • Driving aspect of this role is subject to certain driving record and insurance requirements.
