The Priority Issues Coordinator supports the Assistant Deputy Minister’s Office (ADMO) within the Water and Circular Economy Division by managing priority issues, coordinating information, and ensuring senior leaders have clear, accurate, and timely materials to support decision-making. This role serves as a central coordination point across the division, working closely with branch staff, Communications, and senior offices. It requires strong judgment to assess evolving issues, identify risks and sensitivities, and ensure work is aligned with divisional and departmental priorities. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the coordinator is responsible for organizing and advancing work, anticipating pressures, and ensuring materials meet quality and timing expectations.
