The Press Operator operates and maintains various types of presses to efficiently produce high-quality products. The role offers 1st- and 2nd-shift opportunities. First shift runs from 6:00 a.m. to 4:10 p.m.; second shift runs from 3:50 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with Fridays scheduled according to production requirements. A 10% shift differential is offered for second shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations.
• Strong work ethic, safety-conscious attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality control processes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in press operation or similar manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency in programming and operating press machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on presses.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
