About The Position

Winpak Films Printing Division is seeking a Press Operator to join its Production Team in Senoia, Georgia. The operator runs and maintains flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials that meet customer specifications. The role supports efficient and safe production and contributes to Winpak’s packaging solutions. The position is 100% onsite and follows a rotating 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Overtime may be required depending on production demands.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of experience in flexographic printing, including prepress, mounting, and ink blending.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience setting up and operating wide-web, central-impression (CI) flexographic printing presses.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Experience with 10-color printing operations.
• Advanced ink-blending and color-matching skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain W&H, F&K, and Bobst flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality products.
• Perform prepress tasks, including mounting, ink blending, and accurate color matching.
• Monitor production and adjust machine settings to optimize performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through housekeeping duties.
• Assist with machine changeovers, setups, and troubleshooting.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
