About The Position
The Offset Press Operator is responsible for preparing, adjusting, and operating a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press, as well as performing regular equipment maintenance. The role helps deliver high-quality printed products that meet customer needs and company expectations. This is a full-time position on either the second shift (2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) or the third shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.). The position pays from $28.00 per hour, plus a shift premium.

- Be autonomous, resourceful, accountable, and meticulous.
- Have a strong team spirit and flexibility.

- Two years of printing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and adjust the press and peripheral equipment.
- Operate the press and deliver products that meet client needs and company expectations.
- Perform quality controls during production and make necessary machine adjustments.
- Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs according to an established preventive maintenance schedule.
- Ensure all raw materials are available before production begins.
- Work closely with the Assistant Press Operator.
- Participate in other related tasks.
