About The Position

Adams Multimedia is seeking an experienced Printing Press Operator to join their production team in Greenville, North Carolina. This position operates coldset newspaper web presses and is ideal for an experienced newspaper press operator, though candidates with commercial printing or other web press experience are encouraged to apply. The role offers steady work, daytime hours, weekends off, and a great quality of life. The company is working towards a four-day, 10-hour schedule with no overnight shifts and no weekend work, with typical schedules running approximately 40-45 hours per week. Requirements

• 5+ years of printing press experience preferred
• Newspaper press experience strongly preferred
• Experience with web offset printing equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DGM 850 and DGM 430 web presses
• Monitor print quality, registration, ink density, and press performance
• Assist with press setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance
• Work with production staff to ensure deadlines are met safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
