About The Position

This position performs advanced technical work operating high-speed laser printing systems and associated publishing and finishing equipment in support of production operations. Responsibilities include setting up and operating equipment, monitoring print jobs to ensure adherence to established quality assurance standards and troubleshooting minor operational issues. The incumbent confers with customers to clarify production requirements and coordinates with vendors by placing service calls for equipment maintenance and repair as needed.

Requirements

One year of data processing experience.
One year of quality assurance or quality control experience.
Experience monitoring systems, identifying performance issues, documenting malfunctions and notifying support staff.

Experience working with high volume print files in a production environment.
Experience evaluating needs and making logical decisions to manage resources appropriately.
