About The Position

National Capitol Contracting (NCC) is seeking a part-time Printing and Delivery Personnel with the opportunity to expand to full-time services. NCC works with both government agencies and the private sector, and our team is comprised of individuals who are eager to tackle new challenges, find creative solutions to multimedia projects, and who share our commitment to surpassing client expectations.

Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check).
Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
1 year of professional work experience or 2+ years of relevant academic training/experience, including internships.
Professional or academic experience with industry-related software programs, such as the Microsoft Office.
Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, time management, and personal accountability.
Must have reliable personal transportation to make regular deliveries from NCC headquarters to client locations in the Washington, DC area.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree.
Experience printing, binding, or managing high volumes of documents.
Experience with transcription, editing, proofreading, or logistics.
Familiarity with Adobe software.
Experience handling sensitive documents or supporting a government client.

Responsibilities

Print, bind, organize, and securely store transcripts.
Deliver completed transcripts to the client’s onsite location.
Track materials and check each delivery for accuracy and completeness.
Provide editing support to the transcription team during periods of increased demand.
Communicate professionally with colleagues, leadership, and client personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
