About The Position

At Foresight Group, we bring together the best technology and decades of expertise to put images and messages on just about anything you can imagine. Foresight Group is a subsidiary of Reseda Group, a wholly-owned CUSO of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union. With locations in Lansing and Ann Arbor, we specialize in commercial printing, direct mail services, large sign printing, promotional items, and trade show displays. The Printing Account Manager has a strong emphasis on client relations and in person contact as needed; ensuring that each job is produced efficiently and to the customer’s specification. This position works directly with the Foresight Group President and Sales Manager on accounts that are existing and have established programs. They determine services needed to remain a complete supplier, assisting in the development of strategies and action plans for both sales and the customer as primary contact and liaison to the production team. Customer relations and service are a priority in all jobs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Prior experience in a business-to-business professional sales role and or a bachelor’s degree in a related filed in lieu of experience.
• Excellent communication, written and oral.
• Communicates well with customers, prospects, peers, and colleagues (including leadership) on a regular basis.
• Ability to convey messages and ideas concisely and effectively with professionalism.
• Driven to provide the best customer experience and continually improve performance.
• Can plan personal timeline to meet specific task goals.
• Understands the requirement to be organized and work in an organized fashion.
• Works efficiently with a pre-defined schedule or set of existing priorities but can also effectively prioritize situations and emergencies.
• Works well independently and in groups.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate and work accordingly with other departments and external businesses.
• Able to stay focused and maintain drive throughout a busy and heavy workflow.
• Self-motivated, and understands what needs to be done without requiring instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional and timely support to customers and businesses via email, phone and in-person interaction.
• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.
• Provides a needs-based, consultative approach to sales and support.
• Provides regular updates, reports, and feedback to clients and internal teams.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Assists with walk-in sales and customer service as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to graphics and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met in a timely manner.
• Facilitating a deep knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
• Continuously developing skills and industry knowledge to enhance the value of all customer interactions.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
