About The Position

Are you an experienced press operator looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment, producing high-quality apparel for globally known music artists and sports entertainment clients? We’re looking for a Screen-Printing Press operator with at least two years of hands-on experience setting up and running multicolor jobs on 8color au-12 automatic presses to join our production team.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience operating manual or automatic screen printing presses.
Proven experience setting up and running multicolor jobs (8–12 colors preferred).
Strong understanding of registration, print order, squeegee pressure, off-contact, and ink control.
Ability to troubleshoot print issues efficiently.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods during production shifts.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
Tolerance for working around inks, cleaning chemicals, heat.
Ability to read and follow job tickets accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to print quality.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate 12-color automatic screen presses for multicolor garment jobs.
Register complex designs accurately and efficiently to maintain high print quality standards.
Mix, manage, and monitor inks to ensure color consistency and proper curing.
Follow job tickets closely to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
Perform routine press adjustments and basic troubleshooting during production runs.
Support quality control efforts to ensure clean prints with minimal defects.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Accurately complete job tickets and production records.
Follow safety procedures and proper material handling guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
