Canon USA, an innovator of technology, solutions, and services, is actively seeking an individual to diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures. The role involves servicing and repairing designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications, maintaining a working knowledge and aptitude of multiple product groups, and meeting and exceeding customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance. The technician will also be responsible for properly maintaining all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned, and providing direction to less experienced technicians. Additionally, this role involves providing solutions for escalated technical and/or customer service-related problem areas for any territory requested.
