About The Position
Close the Loop is seeking a Printer Repair Technician for a hands-on role where technical skills make an impact. This growing, environmentally focused company extends the life of technology and is looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with their hands, with variety in their day. The role offers a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend and a fast hiring process.
Requirements
- Equipment or technical maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in warehouse, production, and office environments
Nice To Haves
- Basic computer and networking knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair printer issues (mechanical, electrical, and software)
- Perform routine maintenance on inkjet, laser, and multi-function printers
- Accurately document work performed and parts used
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and workload
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
