This position is responsible for ensuring printing machinery runs safely and efficiently, and that the product consistently meets quality requirements. It involves maintaining machines according to maintenance schedules and keeping the production area clean. Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
2 years of directly related experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of this position to the satisfaction of the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

Processing of printing machinery.
Preventative maintenance of printing machinery according to maintenance schedules.
Ensure parts meeting quality requirements are being produced according to procedures and work instructions.
Monitor and maintain ink supply functions.
Monitor and maintain the cap supply functions.
Communicate with team, maintenance technicians, and management staff as required.
Maintain documentation as required by procedures and work instructions.
Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP Pre-requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position.
Clean-up of the production area and machinery.
Monitor and maintain material supply functions.
Help in other job functions as required.
