Canon USA, a leader in technology, solutions, and services, is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards. This customer-facing role requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19. The technician will be accountable for reporting product failure trends, providing efficient and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance, maintaining technical information and reports, showcasing strong customer communication skills, maintaining the performance of assigned machines, and facilitating performance to achieve branch/district metric targets.
