About The Position
As a Print Set Up Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No two days are the same—you’ll be working with color, equipment, and a team that keeps production moving.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail (especially with color and quality)
- Team player with a good work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus—but we will train the right person!
- Experience with print or color matching (X-Rite) is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Set up and mount printing plates for production runs
- Mix and adjust inks to match colors accurately
- Monitor print quality (color, alignment, consistency)
- Perform quality checks to meet customer standards
- Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
- Follow safety procedures when working with equipment and materials
- Keep a clean work space, assistant production in maintaining cleanliness of machines and work area
- Work with your team to hit daily production goals
- Other duties as assigned
