About The Position

Looking for a hands-on role where you can see the results of your work every day? As a Print Set Up Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No two days are the same—you’ll be working with color, equipment, and a team that keeps production moving.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail (especially with color and quality)
• Team player with a good work ethic
• Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Problem-solving mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus—but we will train the right person!
• Experience with print or color matching (X-Rite) is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Set up and mount printing plates for production runs
• Mix and adjust inks to match colors accurately
• Monitor print quality (color, alignment, consistency)
• Perform quality checks to meet customer standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
• Follow safety procedures when working with equipment and materials
• Keep a clean work space, assistant production in maintaining cleanliness of machines and work area
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals
• Other duties as assigned
