About The Position

Lily and Fox is a fast-growing nail wrap brand that prints intricate, adhesive flexible substrate products. They are known for having the largest selection of nail wraps globally and ship millions of orders to customers worldwide with operations in the US, Canada, Australia, and Germany. Their mission is to make beauty more affordable by passing savings back to customers. They are hiring their first dedicated Print Quality Manager to lead their Quality Control and Inspection Team and to help build in-house manufacturing capacity in Illinois.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects
• Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
• 2+ years experience in print quality, pre-press, or print production
• Experience managing flexible substrates
• Team management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Excited to get things done, in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in learning new skills
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand our Product Inspection and Quality Control team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Own daily inspection and product processing operations
• Perform inspections as needed
• Track and deliver against KPIs
• Monitor customer feedback and translate insights into product and process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing
• Identify and implement quality assurance systems and process improvements
• Manage supplier relationships to enforce product quality standards
• Complete other tasks as needed
