This role is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and logging customer print and production requests. The position involves performing document assembly, finishing, and other routine print production tasks to meet customer requirements. Key duties include operating standard finishing equipment, basic office equipment, and performing quality inspections. The role also entails sorting, scanning, and converting hardcopy documents to digital formats, estimating, scheduling, tracking, and maintaining production jobs, and handling mail processing and delivery. Additionally, the position involves applying asset tags, tracking equipment moves, collecting meter readings, maintaining reports, and restocking supplies. The Print Production Level 1 will also be responsible for cleaning equipment, performing routine operator maintenance, reporting equipment issues, troubleshooting routine production issues, and operating low- to mid-volume printers and copiers while adhering to production schedules and maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused work environment. The role requires regularly lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
