About The Position

The Print Production Associate is responsible for handling all aspects of the production process for a wide range of signage products. This role demands a high level of precision and efficiency in production, assembly, fulfillment, installation, and inventory management, along with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop.

  • Previous sign and graphics or Desing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Production & assembly: Assemble and prepare products for installation or delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prioritize orders for finishing /production.
  • Operate various printing and production equipment (sewing machine, laminator) to produce high-quality sign products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure all products meet company standards and client specifications.
  • Ensure there are 2 QC sign offs on every job.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during production.
  • Shop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work environment to ensure printers and devices maintain operational status.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Fulfillment & Shipping: Manage the packing and shipping/delivery of final products, ensuring they are securely and efficiently prepared for delivery, including scheduling, assisting w/ loading freight orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with Project Coordinators on pick up times, size/weight for scheduling LTL orders.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and clients to confirm delivery schedules and requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and supplies.
  • Order and restock materials as needed, ensuring the availability of necessary items for production.
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming material shipments and deliveries from outside vendors.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding production schedules, deadlines, and any challenges.
