About The Position

Million Dollar Media (MDM), a division of Tokio Marine HCC, runs campaigns that include giant banners, posters, and foam signs that need to be printed on wide format printers, then finished, boxed, and shipped to clients. Additionally, MDM manages and ships prizes to consumers and executes Digital Receipt Rebate programs where customers can earn rewards after submitting proof of purchase. This role will coordinate the approval process for all rebate programs and help oversee these projects, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment where each day can be different.

Requirements

2 years of relevant and progressive professional experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree.
Mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
Excellent organization and attention to detail skills.
Ability to work well under time constraints.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with wide format printers.

Responsibilities

Learn and observe MDM's day-to-day business operations and internal fulfillment processes within the first 30 days.
Learn to operate wide format printers, output signage, and manage the packaging and shipping of printed materials to clients within the first 60 days.
Learn to fully manage prize inventory, including shipping and fulfillment of prizes, within the first 90 days.
Coordinate the approval process for all rebate programs.
Oversee various projects related to print, fulfillment, and rebates.
