About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Print and Mailing Services Project Manager for an active RFP opportunity: MDES RFP No. 2026-01 - Printing and Mailing Services. MDES is seeking a qualified vendor for comprehensive design, print, labeling, sorting, bulk mailing, return mail, secure data handling, reporting, and related printing/mailing services.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition, implementation, staffing, reporting, service levels, risk tracking, and MDES stakeholder communication for the print and mail services RFP.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
