Requirements

Post-secondary technology training or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's licence.
Experience in a print production environment.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to operate large centralized digital equipment.
Ability to identify production inconsistencies and quality issues.
Ability to use PC applications in a networked environment.
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
Ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Primelink Printers.
Experience with FreeFlow.
Experience with Bell & Howell insertion equipment.
Experience with NeoPost/Quadient mail machines.
Experience with Pitney Bowes insertion machines.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work with the Lead Print Operator to review production schedules.
Determine output requirements.
Perform document setup and manipulation as required.
Review and approve proofs to ensure quality meets or exceeds customer requirements.
Insert multiple documents into envelopes.
Program jobs into insertion equipment.
Perform maintenance and repairs in high-frequency service areas to maximize uptime.
Resolve production issues.
Maintain production equipment and replenish supplies.
Monitor supply inventory.
Provide backup support for processing Loomis deliveries.
Perform other duties as required.
Act as a backup delivery driver.
