Responsible for providing educational leadership, building management, community out-reach, staff evaluation, professional development, school budget, inventory control analysis and communication of state and federal mandates, test analysis as well as safety and security for assigned school. This role involves implementing curriculum, evaluating grading policies, coordinating resources, ensuring teacher endorsements, observing and assisting teachers with instruction, developing staff goals, assisting with field trips, communicating division policies, providing feedback to staff, establishing communication programs, evaluating personnel, monitoring staff attendance, assisting with student discipline, coordinating student affairs and services, participating in training, maintaining school records, attending meetings, overseeing accreditation, supporting academic programs, overseeing teacher accreditation and license renewal, planning staff appreciation, serving on committees, planning remediation programs, supervising students, processing documentation for personnel changes, developing and monitoring the school budget, supervising grounds and buildings, supervising facility use, communicating with parents, participating in parent-teacher organizations, involving the community, reviewing fundraising requests, and overseeing the daily operation of the school and the safety and welfare of students and employees. Performs other duties as assigned by the administration.
