Reporting to the CAO, the PSOE Principal will provide leadership and administration, which will motivate instructional and support personnel to strive for superior performance so as to provide the best possible opportunities for student growth and development, both educationally and personally. The Principal will be thoroughly committed to the PSOE mission. All candidates should have proven leadership, coaching, and relationship management experience. Concrete demonstrable experience and other qualifications include: Advanced degree, with 5 years of senior administrative experience preferred; track record of effectively leading a performance-and outcomes-based staff; ability to point to specific examples of having developed educational strategies that have advanced an educational organization. Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation. Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills. Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people. Passion, idealism, integrity, grit, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed. Annual training and/or professional development is required for all PSOE employees. Job-specific training is identified and scheduled by the School Principal or direct supervisor in partnership with Paramount C-suite.
