This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and executive influence. Your mandate: help our most strategic Digital Experience customers in the AMER region quantify value, accelerate time-to-impact, and build durable value narratives that drive expansion, retention, and advocacy. Partnering with customers and Adobe teams (e.g., Account teams, Ultimate Success, Professional Services), you will anchor Adobe’s work in hard numbers and strategic narratives — not fluffy marketing claims. This role will become an expert in how Adobe’s products deliver measurable business outcomes, develop scalable value tools, and generate thought leadership to encourage customer growth and innovation.
