Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Training Representative to support hands on training, workforce readiness, and new hire orientation for the ASTAR organization. This is a high-visibility role that contributes to a strong manufacturing ready experience for new and existing employees. In addition to orientation and readiness activities for touch labor employees, this role also conducts hands on training for manufacturing processes such as composites, structures, and coatings. They ensure trainees are ready for handoff to the manufacturing floor. The selected candidate will serve as a key link between Workforce Development and Operations by delivering training, coordinating onboarding readiness, resolving issues, and scheduling of training resources.
