Check us out on LinkedIn: Medtronic CST The primary focus role will be responsible for development, management & execution of Stealth AXiStm Surgical System medical education programs for surgeons & surgical teams. As the Medtronic Enabling Technologies portfolio continues to expand, this role will focus heavily on the inclusion of new product & procedure launches into the (AiBLE) Ecosystem and future launches with an emphasis on capital sale and utilization. In this role you will be a critical part of the Training and Education team working on training materials, faculty development, program planning and training delivery for Medtronic customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience).
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.) is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above, where specialized expertise aligns with long-term business needs. Roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development and execution of awareness-based capital and direct-to-surgeon programming for the Stealth AXiS Surgical System, including third-party meeting partnerships and HCP education initiatives.
  • Develop and implement medical education programs supporting new and existing procedure launches to drive system adoption and utilization.
  • Create and manage educational content for Stealth AXiS Surgical System programs, including training materials, online learning pathways, and launch-related education assets.
  • Partner with marketing, education teams, and KOL faculty to develop, review, and maintain high-quality educational and training materials.
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop HCP and KOL faculty while maintaining and managing the Stealth AXiS and UNiD faculty database.
  • Lead planning and logistics for virtual and in-person medical education programs, including agenda development, curriculum design, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage program operations including site selection, lab coordination, equipment and instrument logistics, and onsite program execution.
  • Oversee program communications, stakeholder collaboration, and participant engagement to support medical education initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain program databases and ensure effective data management and reporting for education programs and faculty engagement.
  • Manage training calendars, site scheduling, and program budgets to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Plan, develop, and continuously update customer and field-support training programs to ensure content accuracy, alignment with company objectives, and evolving technical requirements.
