About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Principal Trainer to join their Technology and Business consulting services team. This role involves serving as a Principal Trainer for Epic Cupid clinical applications, providing end-user training, support, troubleshooting, and workflow guidance. The position requires distinguishing between application build and training issues, working effectively with challenging users, and identifying/documenting system issues for technical teams. The role also involves researching complex issues, supporting clinical application lifecycle, analyzing system performance, and collaborating with senior staff.

Requirements

  • Broad or in-depth knowledge of one or two clinical application specialty areas.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and end-user training skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and complete projects within deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clinical and technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders at all professional and technical levels.
  • Epic Cupid certification
  • Full medical examination required for all candidates

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Principal Trainer for Epic Cupid clinical applications.
  • Provide end-user training, support, troubleshooting, and workflow guidance.
  • Distinguish between application build issues and training-related issues.
  • Work effectively with challenging or resistant end users.
  • Identify and document system issues for build analysts and technical teams.
  • Research complex issues spanning multiple applications and operational departments.
  • Support clinical application design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, and user support.
  • Analyze system performance and produce documentation, reports, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior staff and managers as a technical resource and advisor.
  • Escalate issues involving patient safety, compliance, medical risk, significant workflow changes, or major project scope changes.
