Requirements

8+ years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment, including experience filling niche roles
Strong sourcing skills, experience with Boolean
Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
You communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders

Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience

Responsibilities

Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients
Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including Linkedin and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
Your focus will be recruiting great people across technical disciplines

The cash compensation range we have provided has been benchmarked against similar organizations of comparable size, sector and age. It is not typical for us to hire talent at the top of the range for a role, in part because it’s so important to us to allow all Talentful employees the opportunity to develop over time, and to feel rewarded for doing so. A reasonable estimate of the total yearly compensation range for an IC at Talentful $82,000- $135,700 USD.
