This team expertly manages complex dependencies and delivers strategic technology solutions aligned with business goals. Members utilize advanced program and risk management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to achieve measurable results. Emphasizing clear communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the team supports scalable, high-quality technology initiatives. By combining technical expertise with strategic insights, the team advances Walmart’s mission and operational excellence on a global scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving analytics and insights from disparate data sources.
  • Extensive experience in program management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to define goals, stage gates, and critical delivery paths for large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Skilled in financial management, budgeting, and resource alignment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage executive stakeholders, and influence leadership decisioning.
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making and impact analysis experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • OR 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
