About The Position

Serve as a strategic leader responsible for defining and driving high-impact product initiatives across the organization. You’ll partner with senior leadership, engineering, design and business stakeholders to shape product vision, influence company strategy and deliver innovative solutions that improve client experiences and business outcomes. In this role, you’ll operate at both a strategic and executional level—setting long-term direction while ensuring teams are aligned and delivering measurable value. Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for complex, cross-functional initiatives Lead discovery efforts to identify opportunities, validate solutions and prioritize investments Partner with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products Influence and align senior stakeholders across business, technology and operations Own key product metrics and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes Mentor and coach product managers, contributing to the growth of the product discipline Translate company strategy into actionable product initiatives Champion a client-first mindset, ensuring exceptional user experiences Leverage data, experimentation and market insights to inform decisions Manage risks, dependencies and trade-offs across multiple initiatives

Requirements

6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms
Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that drive measurable impact
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI/UX, sales, client support, finance and marketing

Track record of delivering on time and measuring success
