Responsibilities

  • Driving the strategic scope of complex technical programs in accordance with business requirements and budgetary frameworks
  • Leading the planning and execution of key technical project milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Consulting on and refining the technical program management framework to enhance initiative outcomes
  • Prioritizing and developing technical program roadmaps, ensuring cross-functional team engagement and clear role definitions
  • Spearheading the development and management of comprehensive technical program plans, including critical path analysis
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business and operational goals, establishing success criteria, and driving their implementation
  • Resolving conflicts and building consensus with management, obtaining necessary resources, and performing detailed resource forecasting
  • Leading technical and field teams to develop schedules, strategies, and tools for program rollouts, from trials to controlled deployments
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
